Holy crap, this has been one physically unhealthy week, even if the psychological return has been good. Texas seafood, all kinds of breaded shit, beer, wine, liquor… can’t say I haven’t enjoyed it, but my pants are tight and the numbers of Tums taken is probably unhealthy.

Everything in moderation, including health, I suppose.
